ORDERING INFORMATION

The following points should be checked before the order is sent:

1. Quantity
Remember to suggest that brides order extra invitations to compensate for overlooked guests and last minute additions. A re-order of our minimum 25 invitations is far more costly than 25 additional invitations ordered initially.
2. Item Number
Check to make sure numbers have not been transposed and that all necessary prefixes have been added.
3. Lettering Style
Make sure the lettering style box has not been overlooked.
4. Colored Ink
Remember to include the selected ink color and to apply the appropriate charge.
5. Format Number
Specify a format number. If a format number is not specified, the wording will be centered. Remember to add the additional charge if paragraph format is selected.
6. Monogram or Design Number
If applicable.
7. Spelling of Names
Clearly indicate all spellings. Have the bride proofread the order form thoroughly.
8. Date of Wedding
Confirm that the day of the week corresponds with the date as written on the order form.
9. Time and Location of Ceremony
Verify that all locations are spelled correctly.
10. Return Address
A return address printed on the outer envelopes saves the bride valuable time before the wedding while alerting her to undeliverable invitations. For increased sales, be sure to stress the importance of printed return addresses to your customers. Remember to limit address copy to two lines.
11. Lined Inner Envelopes
Remember to specify a liner color when ordering.
12. Response Envelopes
Use a separate order form when ordering response envelopes. Remember to include an item number and wording for the envelopes. (Elegant Line)

ORDER FORMS

Use a separate order form for each printed or personalized item ordered. Orders must be typed or clearly printed in ink. We can not be responsible for errors resulting from handwritten orders.

Additional order forms and courtesy envelopes are available at your request. Simply check the proper box on the order form.

ORDERING THANK YOU NOTES

When ordering thank you notes with a printed verse, remember to include the verse to be printed. Write the entire verse on the order form.

ORDERING INFORMALS

One line informals are used for handwritten thank you notes and other short correspondence. Enclosure cards that do not fold, such as card number TA3811, cannot be used as informals.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made by United Parcel Service where available. UPS requires a street address; post office boxes cannot be serviced. For faster service, we can also ship by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Express Mail and FedEx. Please specify the desired special shipping method on your order form. All shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

DROP SHIPMENTS

Drop shipments can be made to your customers anywhere in the United States at no additional charge. Print your customer's name and address in the DROP SHIP section on the order form. The invoice showing your charges will NOT be enclosed in drop-shipped orders. COD orders CANNOT be drop shipped.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULES

Most orders will ship the day following receipt at our facility. Orders requiring the following special applications require additional processing time. Normally, these types of orders will ship in an additional one or two days. These orders include:
Special inks not shown
Custom designs or custom artwork
Additional runs through the press
Foil names printed on the front of the invitations
Hand-lined envelopes
Attachment tags or bows
Hand-layered items
Programs

IN CASE OF ERROR

DO NOT return the complete order unless requested by us. Whether you phone or write, make sure to include our INVOICE NUMBER, because without that number the order could be delayed. If this error was made by your customer or yourself, the cost to you will be the wholesale price less 10%. If the error was made in our plant it will be rerun at no cost to you. ALL ERRORS must be reported to us within 30 days of shipment from our plant.

RUSH PHONE ORDER SERVICE

Rush orders phoned in before 11:00 Central Time will ship the next working day unless a special process (listed above) is required. We will do our best to expedite rush phone orders requiring these extra production steps and most will ship on the second working day. We cannot accept phone orders for wedding programs and orders with non-English wording.
