Q. Why do you need to fill out a separate order blank for each printed item?

A. Each part of your order is processed simultaneously in the various areas of our production facility. This action allows your order to be produced expediently.

Q. Does the color of a design on an invitation vary depending on the choice of ink color or envelope liner?

A. The papers and pre-printed designs are available only as shown in the album. To customize your invitations, inner lined envelopes are offered in a variety of color options.

Q. What is the standard number of lines allowed on an invitation?

A. Fourteen lines of copy are included in the price of the invitations. Additional lines can be added at an extra charge.

Q. What is the standard number of lines available on a reception card, response card and thank you card?

A. There are 2 answers to this question. With our extremely unique catalogs, we must have specifications to match each. In Diamond Boutique, we offer 5 lines of copy. In our other books, we offer six lines of copy. Additional lines can be added at an extra charge.

Q. When is a response card and envelope necessary?

A. If counts are needed for the reception or dining choices need to be specified, the response card is used to relay this information. The response envelope is pre-addressed with the name of the person(s) to whom this information is to be returned.

Q. Why should you recommend a reception card rather than corner copy on the invitation?

A. Traditional etiquette dictates that separate cards be used for the wedding ceremony and the reception because these two events are distinctly different. Some invitations styles will not accommodate a corner copy. Examples would be short fold invitations or invitations with die cuts.

Q. How do you let the people in your community know that you sell wedding invitations and accessories?

A. By placing ads in your local newspapers and yellow pages using our "Ad Slicks" provided with your album, you could notify your local community. Our mailing pieces (sales aids) can be sent to prospective brides. Names for this mailing can be obtained from engagement announcements in the paper, local churches, bridal registries, and customer referrals. Wedding banners, display boards, or wedding accessories positioned in your shop window or in another prominent location in your business will help to spread the word. Contact our Sales Department for further information on how to better promote your wedding line.

Q. Are invitations and enclosure cards pre-folded and assembled?

A. All invitations and enclosures are sent unfolded and unassembled. All items will be scored for folding ease.

Q. Could a person order only the inner envelope for mailing invitations?

A. The inner envelope is not available with a gummed flap. The inner envelope is also used to complete the formal presentation of the invitation. It can also be used to truly personalize the invitation for friends, relatives and special guests.

Q. When do you apply an ink charge to your customer's order?

A. All stationery items have been priced for printing in black ink. If colored ink is selected, the additional charge should be added to each of the stationery items requiring colored ink.

Q. Does Nu-Art have any on-line ordering options?

A. Yes. We have an on-line order form. This is an on-line ordering alternative to writing out your order forms. This is also a quicker process. We do receive your orders typically the same day it is placed. The online order form can be located here. The tool is simple to use. Basically, you click on which items you so choose to order, and then fill in the information just as you would write them out on our traditional hand-written order forms.

Q. What other on-line solutions does Nu-Art Provide?

A. Nu-Art also provides a tool called Customer Service Online. This allows our dealers to see a full listing of all of your invoices that reside on our system. The screen shows an itemized invoice as well as the tracking number from your shipper.. This allows you to find out exactly where your package was last scanned in by your shipping service.
